The return of The Poster Session!
The section wasn’t really gone, I was just really bad at dedicating the time to make the poster! But no more!
Here’s Elizabeth – a friend I met during my Master’s in Helsinki. A wonderful person, a super smart scientist, and an amazing chef pâtissier!
Here’s her poster!
Elizabeth's secret recipe
1 cup + 1 tablespoon flour,
1/2 cup canola oil,
3/4 cup brown sugar,
1 egg,
2 teaspoons vanilla,
1 tsp baking soda,
dash of cinnamon or molasses,
Spread evenly in a 9-11 inch skillet, break up and sprinkle on your favourite chocolate bar, cover, and bake on low heat for 10-20 minutes until top is no longer shiny.
